I am Randi Jo Hartman, a loving wife, mother of two and an insurance professional for over 20 years.  I decided to become an insurance professional after working in our family agency during my summer breaks.  However, my quest for independence sent me on a 15-year circle before I would return to my family roots.

Prior to returning to Rio Grande Insurance, Mrs. Hartman held positions as Regional Operations Officer for Willis’ California & Arizona regions and as Executive Vice President of Operations of USI’s Rental Specialties branch.   Throughout her career, she has experienced every arm of the brokerage from underwriting and claims to service and sales.  She holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), which is a nationally acclaimed professional designation program for property-casualty insurance professionals and is earned by successfully completing five intensive CIC institutes including: commercial property, life and health, personal lines, agency management, and commercial casualty. She is active in her community through the local Chamber of Commerce Co-Chairing the Ambassador Group and is on the Board of Directors for the City of Rancho Santa Margarita.  She also coaches a youth travel softball team competing at the national level.

When working with various corporate entities, Randi takes the position of a professional partner.  She works closely with a company to develop solutions for risk management and protection from loss. Her insurance expertise enables her to design a customized package specific to a company's individual needs.
