Donnamarie Kline is an Employee Benefit Specialist with over 15 years of expertise in the industry.  Donna started her career working with a large insurance carrier prior to moving to the Broker side of the industry after graduating from the University of Missouri and receiving a BA in Communications.   Donnamarie started off paying CLAIMS for an insurance carrier, worked her way up to SERVICE and then pursued a successful carrier in SALES.  This background has provided a strong foundation in the field of Group Insurance.  Donnamarie’s knowledge in the industry capitalized on the middle-sized group marketplace with a strong background in Alternative Self-Funded Insurance and Retirement Services.  Donna is well respected by her peers and if often referred to as the “go-to” person if you want to “think outside the box”. Later, Donnamarie founded 1 BENEFIT SOLUTION, in order to allow her to provide to clients the personalized service and attention that many employers were looking for but not getting from the big Property and Casualty firms.  Donnamarie had a vision, that Employee Benefits and the services that should be provided to those clients should be nothing less than exceptional without having to cost the employer more.

Donnamarie is an active member in the local Chamber of Commerce; CO-Chairing the Ambassador Group and is on the Board of Directors for the City of Rancho Santa Margarita.  She is also involved with many organizations relating to the insurance industry so that she stays educated with the industry standards enabling her to deliver the best value to her clients.  Donnamarie is affiliated with many organizations including The California Womens Leadership Association, Orange County Employee Benefit Council, Orange County Health Underwriters Association, and the Employer Advisory Council of Orange County.
