Jacqui Cillino, believes there is NEVER a problem, only solutions.  By providing her clients with value added services, she goes above and beyond what “other” brokers and insurance firms provide. Her skills and expertise are known throughout the industry for supplying her clients with the utmost in customer service and problem resolution.  Jacqui has established and developed long term relationships with the major carriers and General Agents in California to better provide her clients with the perfect solution for the Employer and Employees. Some of these services include; benefit analysis, business consulting; human resource assistance, claims resolution and Employer Compliance.

 Jacqui received her B.S. from Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois.   Previously, she has held the position of Director of National Sales for Dell Computer Corporation., Kraft Foodservice, Sales Manager, as well as, Director of Marketing for Wal-Mart Corporation, West Coast.   Jacqui’s executive positions in both marketing and sales with these fortune 500 companies, have paved the way for her continued success in problem resolution and her ability to consult with both employees and employers.

Jacqui continuously keeps herself educated on her industry by attending seminars and classes. She is also an active member of the Orange County Health Underwriters Association, Professional Woman’s Business Association, and most recently, started her CEBS training (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist)

Jacqui Cillino serves on the Board of Directors for the California Woman’s Leadership Association.  She is also an active member of the South Orange County Chamber of Commerce, Voting Member of the South Orange County Chamber Governmental Affairs Committee, Soroptomist International of Lake Forest.
